ENVIRONMENTAL RADIOCHEMISTRY

Welcome

The Environmental Radiochemistry Group at UCF, led by Dr. Vasileios Anagnostopoulos, focuses on fundamental and applied aspects of Radiochemistry and Environmental  Chemistry.

The main research interests are the fate of contaminants (radionuclides, heavy metals and organic molecules) in the environment, radioactive waste management and the development of materials for radionuclide retardation in the natural environment or waste repositories.
